Dispatch and Delivery

Every article, save for a belt, leaves us within 48 hours of your order.

A belt is a more personal thing, and so before it travels we try to reach you by every means we have, by message, by email and by telephone, simply to be certain the size you have chosen is right for you. Should a day pass without a word from you, we trust the size you ordered and dispatch your belt within 48 hours.

From the moment your piece leaves our hands it passes into the care of the courier, and that last stretch of the road is the one part of the journey we cannot hold ourselves. Most orders find their way to homes across India within a week of leaving us; now and then the roads run slower, and for that we ask only your patience. We would sooner your piece reach you quietly and in good order than promise you a day we cannot be certain to keep.

We will write to you the moment your piece begins its journey, with the means to follow it to your door.
