A James Aston piece is made to be kept, and we want you to be entirely content with yours.
An order may be cancelled immediately after it is placed. Once it has been passed for dispatch and shipping has begun, a cancellation may no longer be possible.
We ask that you film a short unboxing of the parcel as it is opened; this film accompanies any request for a refund or replacement. As such films can be large for email, you may send yours to info@jamesaston.in, or by WhatsApp to +91 91153 59786.
Should a piece arrive damaged, or not as described, write to us within three days of its arrival, with the film, and we will make it right. Each request is reviewed personally, once we have seen the piece.
Personalised pieces, being made for a single owner, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Where a refund is due, it is issued by Namonamah Exim Private Limited within nine to fifteen days.
