Returns & Exchanges

A James Aston piece is made to be kept, and we want you to be entirely content with yours.

An order may be cancelled immediately after it is placed. Once it has been passed for dispatch and shipping has begun, a cancellation may no longer be possible.

Every return and every exchange begins with one thing: a short, unbroken film of the parcel as it is first opened. It is asked of every piece without exception: whether a fault is found, whether the piece is simply not to your liking, or whether you wish to exchange it for another size, colour or piece. The film must be made within seven days of receipt, and it accompanies your request. As such films can be large for email, you may send yours to info@jamesaston.in, or by WhatsApp to +91 91153 59786.

With the opening film received, write to us within those seven days and return the piece unworn and unused, in the condition it reached you, with its box and its complete packaging. Once the parcel reaches James Aston, our team examines the piece; where it is eligible, the return or the exchange is carried out by us. For an exchange, we send the size, colour or piece you prefer; where you choose a piece of greater value, only the difference is due. The first exchange within India is arranged and carried by the House.

Personalised pieces, being made for a single owner, cannot be exchanged or returned.

Where a return is approved after our inspection, the refund is issued by Namonamah Exim Private Limited within nine to fifteen days.
